Wherever important messages arrive on one number and need to reach the right person, SeMSe does the job. On the outside it's an ordinary SMS. On the inside it's a structured workflow.
Municipalities and public sector
Residents report landslides, water leaks and road faults straight from their phone – often with a photo. The message goes to the right on-call team, and the whole case is collected and documented.
A resident sends a text to the mayor's own phone. The mayor sees that the matter should be followed up by the municipality and forwards the message to the municipality's number.
Energy and technical operations
Alarms from substations, sensors and installations go straight to whoever is on duty, and the public can send photos of damage. If nobody acknowledges, the alarm is escalated to the emergency team automatically.
Health and clinics
Send reminders and appointment notices, and get the replies back in the same conversation. Reception sees everything in one place and replies from the clinic's own number.
Inside the organisation
Employees send an SMS starting with a code word, such as “IT”, and the message goes straight to the right department. Nobody needs to know who is on duty.
Voluntary organisations
Clubs and associations keep in touch with members and volunteers by SMS. Sign-ups, shifts and messages are collected in one shared inbox, so nobody depends on one person's private phone. Nobody needs to have the same app, and it also works on simple phones without apps.
Response centres and control rooms
One shared reception point for the whole team, with an overview of who has read, acknowledged and replied. No message is left without someone taking responsibility.
The team leader sends one message to the whole team and can see who has replied. Nobody needs the same app – everyone replies by ordinary SMS, including children who have a simple phone without apps.
SeMSe keeps track of who has replied, and it's easy to send a reminder to those who haven't replied yet. SeMSe sends roughly one to two messages per second, so a message to 50 recipients goes out in under a minute. SeMSe is made for dialogue with groups you know – teams, parents and volunteers – not for mass mailings to thousands of recipients. The messages go through your own mobile subscription, and your operator's fair-use terms apply.

Just as simple for a sports club as for a municipality
Start with one number and a couple of groups. As your needs grow, add more numbers, groups and users. The structure stays the same.
