No cookies

This website does not use cookies or third-party tracking. We count visits and clicks anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without storing information that can be linked to you. Fonts are served from our own server. If you choose a light or dark theme yourself, the choice is remembered in your browser. Nothing is sent to us.

When you contact us

When you submit a form, we process the information you enter: name, organisation or fund, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry and, for investors, to assess the request for investor material. The legal basis is the consent you give in the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Where the data goes

Submitted forms are not stored on the website. They are sent to us by email and kept in our email. We use these suppliers, who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel – hosting of the website and anonymous visitor statistics. Vercel records technical information such as IP addresses in server logs for a limited period, for operation and security.
• Resend – sending email from the forms.
• Google Workspace – our email.

How long we keep data

Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with, and no later than after 12 months, unless they have led to a customer relationship or an agreement.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to restrict or object to the processing. You can also ask to receive your data. Send an email to post@fairteknologi.no. If you believe we process your data in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no (opens in a new tab)).
