Security and privacy
SMS is simple for the sender. Behind the messages is information that must be kept safe. That is why security and privacy are built into SeMSe from the start – not added afterwards.
Every customer has their own data
Data from one organisation is isolated from all others. No customer can see another customer's messages, groups or users.
Not even we have access
Neither we as the supplier nor our developers have access to customer data.
The right access for the right person
Users only get access to the groups and conversations they need. Roles decide what each person can see and do.
Full traceability
Every event is recorded: when the message arrived, which rule was applied, and who read, acknowledged and replied. The history is only ever added to – never overwritten.
The number is yours
The mobile number, the phone and the subscription always belong to your organisation. You choose your own operator and are never locked in to us.
Only what is needed
We only store the information the solution needs to work. Every customer gets a data processing agreement, and data can be exported and deleted.
Opt-out: recipients decide
Anyone who receives messages from you can reply STOPP at any time to opt out, START to opt back in, or INFO to find out who is sending. Opt-outs are handled by the platform, not by individual case workers, so nobody sends to someone who has said no by mistake.
Built on recognised frameworks
We use the GDPR, NIS2, the Norwegian National Security Authority's (NSM) basic principles for ICT security and ISO/IEC 27001 as frameworks for developing and operating the solution.
